Service personnel is often confronted with countless systems and types of information when attending vehicles in Maintenance and Service. Reinisch AG's workshop information system offers all information in one system and makes it accessible where the service technician needs it – by the vehicle being attended. Information on diagnosis, maintenance, repair, technical data, circuit diagrams or spare parts are professionally provided and retrievable without changing the system. By using modern technologies like Hyper Videos, visualisations based on CAD data and more we achieve an ideal level of user convenience. Of course we comply with regulations like EU directives, the group exemption regulation (GVO 1400/02) and the EURO 5 norm.
